At The Tea Sanctuary we know that you’ll be eager to receive your order, so filling your order promptly and correctly is important to us. Orders placed using PayPal will be shipped within 48 hours. If you are paying by Personal Check, we will hold your order for up to five (5) business days after receipt of your check (until payment clears your bank).
In most cases, your order will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (either First Class or Priority Mail), however we reserve the right to use other carriers such as UPS and FedEx. The Tea Sanctuary delivers to the U.S. States only at this time, Sorry about the inconvenience.
Exchanges & Refunds
At The Tea Sanctuary, we want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. We take great care in making certain we represent the items we sell accurately, and we want you to enjoy any products that you purchase from us. However, because the herbal products are for human consumption, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds (except for items damaged during shipping) on them. Therefore, we ask you to be careful in choosing your teas before you purchase from us. All other items we will gladly return. Great care will be taken in filling your order. However, if there should be a mistake, please contact us via email at orders@tea-sanctuary.com.
Goods Damaged During Shipment
We guarantee that all items you order will arrive in good condition. Before shipping your order, we make certain that it’s packaged so that it will not be damaged during shipment. Although shipping damage is an almost unheard of event, we are aware that accidents can happen. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, notify us by email at orders@tea-sanctuary.com and advise us of the situation. We will instruct you by return email on what actions you should take. Do not return items to us unless you are instructed to do so by us. We will not be responsible for any items returned without our authorization. You have our promise that any damaged items will be replaced in a timely fashion. You must notify us within five days of receiving your order for replacement of damaged items or to correct an improperly filled order.
