Echinacea is a common flower in many gardens, commonly called a Purple Coneflower. Echinacea is helpful to the lymphatic system and is a powerful immune system stimulant. It fights viral and bacterial infections and has anti-inflammatory properties. Also useful in cases of colic, colds, flu and infections of all kinds. It is also thought to benefit people who suffer from skin issues, such as acne or boils.

Cautions:

• do not take if you suffer from autoimmune disorders like AIDS/HIV, white blood cell disorders, tuberculosis or multiple sclerosis

• do not take if you take steroid medications such as hydrocortisone, cortisone, prednisolone or similar immune suppressants
